i played a lot of music in high school but it's gradually dwindled
as time and other interests crept in.
but listening to isabelle moretti play La Source
(a piece i've always aspired to play)
and also xavier de maistre's Clair de Lune- an absolute gem of a piece that i could play once upon a time
(albeit much more clumsily!) makes me want to practice for hours and hours.
i guess i'm happy to know that i'll always have music in my life.
As for the Swan Lake, it's my most favourite classical ballet to
listen/watch/play -
this version's lovely, though a word of warning
- there's some pretty loud background buzzing in this recording
so turn the volume low first!
